incontinence quality improvement

We are revamping our incontinence management program.  I have been to AANAC, Careplans, and the QIO site.  Would any one have a bladder retraining, incontinence management program that is effective, that they would be willing to share?  Thank you for all your support.  Survey just finished -deficiency free thanks to all your guidance and a lot of hard work.
