I am curious about this also, what is considered the "clinical standard when notifying the physcian of resident changes?"  We have 6 homes and the association in Alabama communicates other state survey results in past 6 months and this is the TAG of the year for alabama.  I have never seen specific guideline, and wonder?? what is appropriate.   Lynne Morgan
