I had a resident plateau in therapy last day of PT 1/23/04.
cut letter sent, now she is going back on medicare
effective 1/28/04. do I do a sign chg assessment and
restart the assessment cycle over again with the 5 day
coding it 03 1 or do I continue with her previous medicare
schedule and code it 03 2?
