If a resident has an order of sliding scale of insulin and sometimes, she received insulin because her sugar was high , would you consider this as daily skilled service.  Im just wondering because we have resident who will be coming back to our facility after her surgery and we were discussing if she can be on part A when she goes back . Her last cover day from Part  A was more than 60 days already.
