We are having difficulty with our residents knowing when they are going for therapy and were thinking of doing some type of schedule on a day to day basis. We were thinking that then the residents would know when they would have therapy and when they would want to time pain medications. Also, we thought it would help the nurses out as well as the aides in getting the residents ready for therapy. How do some of the rest of you handle this problem?? Do schedules seem to work? Any ideas would be appreciated.
