You need to let you quarterly stand as it is because the correction of it will not do any good. Just go ahead and complete the significant change now if it is still indicated.

Subject: when to do a sig. change
I was reviewing my QI's for Dec. and I notice'd I failed to do a sig. change. Do I need to do a correction of the quarterly and then complete a sig. change within 14 days from today?
