I have heard some joke that the 6th is RIGHT NURSE.
 
HHS from the State of Kansas recognizes five in thier drug competency checkoff sheet.
 
 
The State of Tennessee recognizes 5 in their best practices document
 
The University of Toronto recognizes 6. They add RIGHT DOCUMENTATION. Not at bad one.
 
Omnicell recognizes 5 and adds three more for their advertising. .
