(The DON in my facility says you cant stage stasis ulcers)  I know that is a different topic    Anyway the UMR team said you CAN NOT stage by description.  The RAI manual clearly states to stage all ulcers regaurdless of the cause.   I dont know if you were asking that, but that is what I learned today.  Well I knew that, but why would the DON take my work for it  or Section M of the RAI manual.... HA HA  She knows better!!!!!
