Subject: RE: care planning acute episodes
We use Interim care plans for acute episodes - they are separate pieces of
paper with a general framework/fill in the blank type care plan. It is
placed with the comprehensive care plan until resolved and then filed in the
medical record. In CT the surveyors look for these.

w/no lasting effects, do no need to be care planned.
