I agree with Ron.  If they are receiving a meal of any kind, their
percentage should depend on what they eat of that meal.

I would tend to disagree.  The question does not specifically say '25%

the meals we serve", the question relates to whether they are leaving
25% of
their meal.  So if they are eating 100% of their meal that is brought in
AND
it is meeting the nutrional/caloric needs of the resident I would not

this.

We have several residents who literally never eat the meals we serve.
They get take out delivered or their families bring them food from home.
There are no weight issues with any of them, unless on the over weight
side. Our RD thinks we should be coding K4c on the MDS because they
leave 100% of the meals that we serve on their tray. I've never run into
this before. What do you all think?
