Admission Care Plan

Hi Y'all,   I was asked a question today that I really should know the answer to, but discover I do not.  What is the regulation addressing the initial plan of care;  ie. after admission, how long does the facility have to get the initial care plan on the chart. I found the reg on comprehensive care plan, but cannot find anything specific to an admission care plan.   Is there an actual time frame, or is it one of those things that's open to interpretation?   Thank you in advance.   Holly Holly F.
