All pressure ulcers Stage 1 through 4 are factored into the numerator for the Quality Indicators used in the survey process as well as for the Quality Measures posted on the Internet at www.medicare.gov.

the state of Pennsylvania counting stage 1 pressure ulcers on the
quality indicators?
