For a 5-day if there are at least 65 minutes actually delivered in Section P plus an estimation of at least 520 minutes and 8 days in Section T, the RUG will be Rehab High. The "B" level comes from Section G and your scoring of the 4 late loss ADL's. Regards, Winona
