Line of sight

Our OT along with an OT Tech take 2 residents to the bathroom for bathing activity.  (I'm not real thrilled with this scenario due to privacy issues) While OT is working on tub transfers with one resident the OT Tech is behind a barrier wall and/or curtain doing a shower activity with the other resident. Is this still considered line of sight although its not?     LC
