The line of sight wording is usually taken quite literally. If the tech is not in line of sight for visual supervision, then the minutes would not count.

Subject: Line of sight

I don't think I worded this correctly the first time.

Our OT along with an OT tech take 2 residents at a time to the bathroom for bathing activity. While OT is working on tub transfers with one resident, the OT tech is behind a barrier wall doing a shower activity with another resident. Since the tech is not in line of sight can the minutes be counted?
