It's called Kennedy Terminal Ulcer,an ulcer that has a sudden onset and has
a pear, butterfly, or mirror image appearance. It is usually red, yellow and
black. Mostly found in the cooccygeal area or gluteal fold. It is a
precursor to muti-organ failyre and death. Death usaully take place  within
two weeks. If the patient is on tube feedings or IV's the process can take
twice as long.
