I am completing an admission MDS on a resident. She was admitted to
hospital for cellulitis in a lower extremity and has a necrotic wound
that apparently began as an abrasion from a fall. It is now a full
blown ulcer with ulcer type treatments. How would you could this on the
MDS. For now I just have it as an abrasion since there isn't supporting
documentation to support stasis either.
