I count it also for that reason.

I think that it would be counted. On page 3-179 of the manual i discusses about antigens and vaccines under Injections. Then under clarifications, last bullet, it states: "If a test or vaccination is provided on one day and another vaccine provided on the next day, code "2" for the number of days when the resident received injections. If both injections were administered on the same day, code "1". Also include these medications when coding Item O1."
Sounds as if they should be coded as medications also.
