Page 3-204 of RAI manual, under Physicain Visits-Defination states "Does NOT includeMedicine Men nor licensed psychologist (PhD. The Licensed psychologist (PhD) may be recorded in Pb2" so I wouldn't code4 psycholosist here. However, it is a psychiatrist I code it, as the psychiatrist is an MD.
