Our admission people have been copying the Dr's orders from acute care.That is where
we get our I.V. fluid and med orders in addition to progress notes and H&P.I usually
will go without the med sheet on my 5 day but really need the med sheet on the 14 day
if the patient had an acute care stay of any length.Sometimes your'e lucky and the
acute care stay was only 3 or 4 overnights.
