late assessments

I am going to a new facility and have already  been told they are behind on MDS and they will not be doing MDS for about 2 weeks in that building until I start.  I have never done a late MDS how does that work.  Do you keep the same ARD and just have the R2 and V2 dates as the current date that you are doing them?  How does anyone else do a late MDS?
