I'm
currently working with an MDS scheduling system that sets the
quarterlies 12 weeks from the admission MDS R2b date for the
entire year. In this current system the first quarterly is done
earlier than the actual due date by about one week. The second
quarterly is also scheduled from the admission R2b
date. In the past I've scheduled my second quarterly's due
date from the first quarterly's R2b date not the admission R2b
date. I believe the second quarterly in this current scheduling
system will be late because it would be greater than the time
period allowed between the quarterly assessments. I'm
being told using the current MDS scheduling system I'll always
doing the assessments ahead of their due date (based on the admission
R2b date), thus the assessments will never be late. I'm
getting confused and it's not sounding right to me. Hopefully
this makes sense to you all. I need to know what's correct?
Has anyone used a scheduling system similar to this current one I
am? Thanks for your help.
