There could be many interpretations to this: stating facts, acceptance, asking for
help, or, possibly an indication of a need for suicide precautions. If she is making
these statements,it would seem like a good idea to protect the facility by instituting
suicide precautions. What does the psychiatrist say? Is he/she concerned about an
overt act?
