MDS. If AB10 b, e, or f are checked then it codes MR on the 802
form
If I1 dd, ee, ff, or gg are checked on the
MDS then MI is coded
hope this helps

I have a question about what items on the MDS relates to the resident
characteristics on the 802? I have looked through the manual and cannot
find anything. We are due for survey anytime and I like to get things
together in case they come in off hours. I was reviewing the 802 and
noticed that several resident's had MI checked and they do not have a MI
diagnosis. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
