This information comes from AB 10 on the MDS. If AB10 b, e, or f are checked then it codes MR on the 802 form
If I1 dd, ee, ff, or gg are checked on the MDS then MI is coded

I have a question about what items on the MDS relates to the resident characteristics on the 802?  I have looked through the manual and cannot find anything.  We are due for survey anytime and I like to get things together in case they come in off hours.  I was reviewing the 802 and noticed that several resident's had MI checked and they do not have a MI diagnosis.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
