If the resident was not symptomatic during the 30-day lookback period, then it would not be coded in I2 even if still on antibiotics.

For UTI it asks in the last 30 days.  If you have labs to support it and a dx from the MD wouldn't you continue to code it if they did in fact have the UTI within the last 30 days?
