Agree - I brought this up to Quality insights last summer as the decline in
ambulation for the Quality Measures on the 14 day PPS assessment made no
sense to me, they remained 8-8 as residents were only walking in therapy
dept and not in room or corridor.  Walking decline has been dropped from the
Quality Measures.
