This is scary.....They should be reported to the BBB of the state in which they are located, or even the Post Office for mail fraud.
I agree.  I have not received anything from this company.  I know that they are in no way connected to NASPAC (National Association for Sub-Acute and Post-Acute Care).  To the best of my knowledge, only AANAC and NASPAC offer anything official in the way of legitimate credentialing.  I would question anything else.
