Im confused, I thought that OMRA is being done only if therapy is discontinued but remains to be on part A. She was saying that we can also do OMRA to change Rug score from Nursing to therapy if resident is pick up by therapy in the later part. Pls help me with this. Rena if you are there, pls reply. thanks An OMRA must be done when a resident has been skilled by therapy and is being discharged from therapy but remains skilled by nursing.  The assessment is done on day 8, 9 or 10 after therapy is dc'd.
