Here's the senerio:
Resident independent w/ toileting except that nursing supervises AMAP due to
resident wanting to self-cath, and frequent c/o not voiding...... a psych
resident who is obcessive w/ self-cathing. She is not allowed to self cath
per Urologist. I would normally code her a 1/2...... She had 2 episodes of
being cathed by nursing staff during observation. I'm thinking that since it
was only 2 episodes and not 3 that the code would remain 1/2. Does everyone
agree?
