I have to disagree with not using them.Many of my short tremers stay less than 14
days,they are very appropriate for the Very HIGH as we give 500 minutes or more.We
usually don't use grace days for Ultra unless are 3 disciplines are involved[usually a
cva].My understanding is that the Dave program has found facilities using sec T for
RUG HIGH and then they don't give the minutes for the High.Again each case stands on
it's own criteria.
