We are trying to calculate our reimbursement from Medicare. I
have a question for the group we had a resident stayed 15 days with a RUG of
RMB we bill only for 14 days we cannot count the discharge date am I correct? So
if it was RMB for 14x282.40 = 3953.60 is that what we should get back. We were
only reimbursed 3746.54. What am I missing? Pharmacy, lab, resp
is that not all inclusive? Thanks Lisa |
