Your billing office can go on line and look at the MC bill to see
exactly what how many days were paid, at what RUGS category and at what
rate.

We are trying to calculate our reimbursement from Medicare. I have a
question for the group we had a resident stayed 15 days with a RUG of
RMB we
bill only for 14 days we cannot count the discharge date am I correct?
So if
it was RMB for
14x282.40 = 3953.60 is that what we should get back. We were only
reimbursed
3746.54. What am I missing? Pharmacy, lab, resp is that not all
inclusive?
