We are in Conrad, Montana - small community, and we are a 59 bed facility attched to a hospital. The nursing shortage is BAD here, so I'm often working the floor...I work long hours as I am the only MDS Coordinator. I'll keep you posted, and thanks everyone for the support now, and the support you have provided in the past year that I have been doing this.
