Survey team had a preliminary meeting with us today @4PM (Monday) and so far it looks pretty good - they are looking at swallowing and appropriate textures of foods/thickness of liquids, of course the age-old restraint issues, and policies specific to tray-line procedures in the kitchen. They said that so far they are only seeing "FYI" issues - nothing warranting a deficiency yet - we'll see what tomorrow brings!! Thanks again everyone...
