We obtain physician's orders only for the restorative programs that are being
set up by therapy and monitored for approximately two weeks by the therapist
for 15 minutes 3 times a week. This is the Rehab Low RUGS group, and the
therapist requests the order to reduce the therapy to that level. Sorry

I know the RAI manual says you don't have to have an order but I have found
that for various reasons many of the RNACs are getting them. I am interested
