There is no HIPPS code of 55.  If you are coding an assessment as a
quarterly/ 5-day, the assessment would be coded as a 5 in AA8a and a 1 in
AA8b.  The correct HIPPS code would be 01.  This may be the problem.

Yes, the first assessment would need to be inactivated and then the new one
reentered and submitted.
