Was this a 5 day MCR return admission? If it was you can dual code the
quarterely and the 5 day MCR return amdission but the HIPPS code would be 05
not 55. If it was a return admssion combined with a quarterly then you
would not have to inactivate the assessment because it was coded correctly.
But again the HIPPS code would be 05 instead of 55. If it was suppose to be
a quarterly combined with a 5 day (not a 5 day return admission) then you
would have to inactivate it.
