I think you do because even though the ST did not put them in a RUGS I
believe it still is figured in the CMI which determines your reimbursement.
I am at home a cannot look this up, but my guess is yes.

   I have a two part question.
1) Is there any where, besides the ostomy   in section H ,that I would code
for an ileoostomy?

2) 60 day MDS done 3/1 res is in nursing category even though he did receive
ST during that assessment. ST  Was dcd on 03/05/2004. Do I need to do an
OMRA? It wouldn't change the RUG category.
