Thanks in advance Christine Richardson LPN/CRNAC Nursing Assessment Coordinato It may still be considered a surgical wound depending on how it's being treated.  Healed or not?  Also section M perhaps for dressings if applicable.  If the resident is still skilled and off therapy an OMRA has to be done using the 8th, 9th or 10th day after therapy DC'd as the ARD date.
