I don't believe they are bundled back.Our chief financial person sat down with our 
Admin and DON last week.He took all our Jan MED A patients.On one side was our Rug 
score x number of days patient was there in Jan,on other side were the charges for 
each patient broken down into our break even room and board rate,rehab 
costs,labs,meds,supplies.I was given a copy of the report.It was eye opening.Our 
pluses but also our losses.I can see how important it is to get into the highest Rug 
and try to be cost effective on the other side of the equation.No wonder so many one 
owner homes have closed.There is alot to consider from who you admit, to getting the 
best RUG,and then to monitor what you spend on the care.
