Yes.  Because she had another three day qualifying stay within 60 days of being skilled she can use up the rest of her 100 days.  She doesn't get another 100 days since she was not a basic care resident for 60+ days.  I don't have this in writing since I'm at home but I'm sure there is someone at the state level where you are that can help you.
