Shellie - I will FAX you are investigation for falls as well as bruises/abrasions. We
also have an intervention tracking log I will send you - We have Falls Rounds weekly
at which time all falls/injuries and investigations are looked at and interventions
tracked.
We invite our patients in person to RCP- on our sign in sheet we have 1) Was the
Resident invited Yes_____ No______. Did the Resident attend Yes_____ No_______
If attended signature______________
