I have a couple of questions
for the group. 1) Who does the fall QA'S in your
facilities? I do them here, and my DON, wants me to come up with
post fall form. Basically she wants a form that is an
investigation of the fall, and what was found, etc. With
everyother thing I have to do, I am brain dead, and I am having a hard
time coming up with a form.
2)With our recent survey, the
survey team suggested we come up with a way to invite the res. to the
care plan meeting. Come up with a letter, like the one we send to
the families. How are you guys/gals doing it. I am
having to come up with so many forms and things to track things I am all
tapped out of ideas.
