As was stated before, this is a best practice scenario. Care is resident
focused and not financially focused. If the therapists felt that the
resident could tolerate more intensive treatments, they would "kick it up a
notch," however Restorative is simply reinforcing what the therapists are
doing.

as RUG what would be the purpose of Rest? If they need more therapy why not
kick that up to get a higher rehab RUG?

I just need a clarification, if a patient is on Med A with
projected rugs of RH, can they be on RNA program at the same time? How
about part B, is it OK for patient to be on RNA? Thanks in advance.
