I am not Rena, but would like to answer your question.  If the resident is
now eating 100% of her meals and is only receiving flushes through the tube,
she is NO LONGER receiving skilled services.  Her Medicare A coverage should
be ended and begin a break in skilled services.  You should not exhaust her
100 days if she is not receiving the amount of fluids and percentage of
calories required for skilled services.  The mere presence of a gtube is not
a skilled service.
