Rena,
We have a resident admitted s/p G-tube placement. On admission she
received greater than 51% of calories, fluids and meds via G-tube,
Resident is on Medicare Part A,  she completed  PT/OT and ST, and NOW
consuming 100% of calories from meals PO and receiving 100cc of H2O
every 6 hrs and all medication via G-tube. The g-tube is to remain,
therefore she will not renew her 100 days. Can we exhuast her 100 days
as she is? Nursing providing flushes, meds and monitoring.  Thank you
