Tanya, When was the R2B of last assessment?  The R2b date is your critical date, rather than ARD.  If the R2b is less than 92 days then you are fine.   Honestly, I would not do the assessment, and would keep a record of the discharge date and why assessment was not done.   Holly     Holly F.
