Thanks, but just a few more questions, is it ok that I still only have 1 assessment in the chart,(we don't use computer print outs, we use original assessment forms)or should I print out a copy of that one? also, if I didn't put a Vb2 or Vb4 on it am I ok if I put todays date on Also, when I transmit it, do I change the R2b? Today is day 14 and I realized that a patient that was supposed to be discharged and was not. my 5 day was done on a full MDS form so I do have all the information, but it was transmitted as only an MPAF. What can I do now? Can I inactivate the assessment, change the code on the assessment and re-transmit it coded as a 1/1 and then just submit my MPAF 14 day (14 day complete but done on an MPAF form). So, 5 day done- on a full assessment form transmitted as MPAF coded 0/1 14 day done on MPAF form thanks for the help Tammy Gola BSN, RN, CRNAC Wilkes-Barre General Hospital Transitional Care Unit 575 North River Street Wilkes-Barre, PA. 187641-0001 570-552-5417 [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> /---------------------------------------------------------- The Case Mix Discussion Group is a free service of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators "Committed to the Assessment Professional" Be sure to visit the AANAC website.
