Subject: NEED HELP

Ok, I know that this has been discussed but since it never happened to my
before, I never really paid the subject much attention, but....now I need
the help on this.
Today is day 14 and I realized that a patient that was supposed to be
discharged and was not. my 5 day was done on a full MDS form so I do have
all the information, but it was transmitted as only an MPAF. What can I do
now? Can I inactivate the assessment, change the code on the assessment and
re-transmit it coded as a 1/1 and then just submit my MPAF 14 day (14 day
complete but done on an MPAF form).
So, 5 day done- on a full assessment form transmitted as MPAF coded 0/1
14 day done on MPAF form
thanks for the help
