A resident is being covered for pressure ulcers on three sites. Two have
healed leaving only one stage 4 ulcer. Am I correct to say the resident only
has ulcer on one body site even if stage 4 so no longer meets skilled
criteria and must be cut from Medicare? Thanks for any help.
